01 · Getting started

Sign in or create your account

One profile holds your credits, alerts, referral link and history — on the web, in the installed app and on mobile.

TuLaTra opens on Home. Until you sign in, the identity strip shows Guest and the signal feed runs in preview mode. Three sign-in methods are offered:

Primary

Email & password

Tap Sign in with Email. Choose the Sign in or Create account tab, enter your email and a password of at least 6 characters, then submit.

One tap

Google

Tap Sign in with Google and pick the Google account you want to use. Nothing new to remember.

No password

Telegram

Use the Telegram login button, then approve the request inside Telegram. New Telegram accounts receive the same starter credits as Google or email accounts.

  • New accounts start with 3 free credits, credited once.
  • Your session is remembered on that device, so you do not need to sign in every time you open the app.
  • A Logout button appears in the identity strip whenever a session is active.
  • Forgot your password? Open the email dialog and tap Forgot password? to request a reset link.

Signed-out preview. Guests see signals delayed by 60 minutes, and only the strongest setups (AI score above 70% and R:R above 2). Signing in removes the delay and enables instant alerts.

Keep one profile

If you created your account with email or Google, do not create a second account with Telegram. Instead, link Telegram to the account you already use — your credits, filters and referral code stay on the same profile.

The new-account bonus is paid once per account. No promo code is required.

02 · Notifications

Link Telegram and mirror every signal

Telegram is the most reliable alert channel: messages are pushed to your chat even when the app is closed.

There are two different Telegram flows, and they are easy to confuse. Pick the one that matches your situation:

New to TuLaTra

Sign in with Telegram

Use the Telegram button on the sign-in screen. Approve the request inside Telegram and you are signed in — no password and no email code. New accounts receive the usual starter credits.

Already registered

Link Telegram to your account

If you signed up with email or Google, link Telegram instead of creating a new account. Your credits, referral code and filters stay on the same profile.

Link step by step

  1. Sign in to TuLaTra with your existing email, Google or Telegram account.
  2. On Home, find the banner titled “Get every signal on Telegram”. The same option is available in the Telegram card on the Signals tab.
  3. Tap Link Telegram. Telegram opens its own authorisation window — TuLaTra never sees your Telegram password.
  4. Approve the request inside Telegram. The login widget and the mirror are handled by TuLaTra’s bot, @tulatra_bot.
  5. Return to the app. The banner now shows Telegram linked and the button becomes Pause mirroring.

Managing the mirror

  • Pause / resume: tap Pause mirroring to stop chat messages temporarily; tap Resume mirroring when you want them back. Your linked account stays connected.
  • Mirroring is free: it never charges extra credits. The in-app notification for a delivered signal still deducts the usual 1 credit.
  • Only matching signals are sent: the mirror follows your active filter. With no active filter — or after the 24h window expires — no alerts are sent.
  • One chat per profile: if the Telegram account is already connected to a different TuLaTra profile, the app asks for confirmation before moving it to the account you are signed in with now.

If messages never arrive: make sure the bot is not blocked or muted in Telegram, that mirroring is not paused, and that your filter is still active in the Notification Hub.

Security: TuLaTra staff never ask for your Telegram login code, password or wallet details. Approve login requests only inside Telegram itself, and only when you started the sign-in.

03 · Install

Install the app and claim +50 credits

TuLaTra installs from your browser — no app store, no extra download size, and the same account and credits.

Installing adds TuLaTra to your home screen, opens it full-screen without browser chrome, enables push notifications and caches the app shell so repeat visits are faster. It also pays a one-time +50 credit bonus.

Three ways to install

  • From the invite sheet: after signing in, TuLaTra offers “Add TuLaTra to your home screen”. Tap the primary button and confirm the browser prompt.
  • From the tools rail: open the round tools button at the bottom-right of the app and choose Install app.
  • From the browser menu: open the ⋮ or Share menu and choose Install app / Add to Home Screen.
Install steps by browser
Device / browserWhat to do
Android — Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet Tap the browser menu ⋮ → Install app (or Add page to → Home screen). Confirm Install.
iPhone / iPad — Safari Tap Share (square with an arrow) → scroll to Add to Home Screen → Add. Safari is required; other iOS browsers cannot install web apps.
Desktop — Chrome or Edge Click the install icon in the address bar, or open the menu ⋮ → Install TuLaTra. The app opens in its own window.
Desktop — Firefox Firefox does not install web apps. Keep using the browser tab, or open TuLaTra in Chrome/Edge to install it.

How the +50 bonus is paid

  • Once per account. The bonus is credited automatically the first time you open the installed app.
  • Web and PWA only. Installing the Android APK does not trigger this bonus — only the installed web app does.
  • Same profile. Your balance, filter and history carry over because the installed app uses the same account.
  • Already claimed? The Earn Credits card shows a confirmation and offers a reinstall/reopen guide instead of paying twice.

Opening TuLaTra inside Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another in-app browser? Those browsers cannot install web apps. Tap “Open in Safari/Chrome to install & earn +50 Credits” — TuLaTra detects the situation and shows the button for you.

If the install prompt does not appear on Android, make sure you are on the latest Chrome/Edge and that the site is not open in a private/incognito window.

04 · Credits

Credits: earn, spend and top up

Credits are the currency of the live experience. Everything you can do for free, and everything that costs credits, is listed here.

Your balance is always visible in the gold pill in the top-right header, on the Profile tab and in the Credit History ledger. The ledger records every credit and debit with its reason and timestamp, so a missing reward is easy to trace.

What costs credits

Per signal

1 credit per new signal

Each new signal that appears in your live feed costs 1 credit. The charge is per delivered signal, not per day or per login.

Filter window

10 credits / 24 hours

Filter access and alerts are sold as a 24-hour window. Activating it requires the consent checkbox; auto-renew can extend it automatically.

At zero credits, live signal cards are blurred and real-time delivery pauses. Top up or earn credits to unlock the feed again; if the app keeps the block on, it clears automatically within 60 minutes. Saved filters stay in place but do not deliver alerts while the balance is empty.

Ways to earn free credits

Free credit sources
ActionRewardRules
Create an account +3 One-time new-account bonus, credited automatically.
Install the web app +50 One time per account, web/PWA only. Not paid for the Android APK build.
Play & Earn +10 / 15 min Verified play time. Maximum 10 credits per hour and 50 credits per day.
Invite a friend +50 Once per friend who signs up through your invite link and stays bound to your network.
Share on Facebook or X +10 First verified share on each network, once per day. Return to the app and confirm the share to claim it.

Top-up packages

Credit packs (USD)
PackageCreditsPricePer creditBest for
Starter Basic 10$1.0010¢ Trying the live feed for a day.
Value Most popular 40$3.007.5¢ A few days of signals plus a filter window.
Premium Best value 80$5.006.25¢ The lowest cost per credit.
  • Payment methods: PayPal on the web and installed PWA; Google Play or App Store billing inside the mobile apps.
  • Instant delivery: purchased credits are added to the same balance as earned credits and can be used immediately.
  • Open the right screen: tap the gold balance pill or Earn Credits on Home/Profile to see every option in one place.

Cheapest path to a working feed: claim the +50 install bonus first, add the 3-credit sign-up bonus, then use Play & Earn for top-ups before buying a pack.

05 · Signals

Signal filters and the Notification Hub

A filter does two jobs at once: it narrows the feed to the setups you care about and it decides which signals can reach you as alerts.

Open the Signals tab. The card at the top is the Notification Hub — it is not a settings shortcut, it is the live status of your alert window:

Status

Alerts off / active

Shows whether alerts are running, what the window costs and what to do next.

Countdown

Time remaining

When active, the card counts down the remaining hours of the 24-hour window.

Renewal

Auto-renew badge

Confirms whether the window will extend itself before it expires.

Set up a filter in eight steps

  1. Open Signals and tap the Notification Hub card.
  2. Watchlist: tap Choose markets / symbols. Tick whole markets (Forex, Gold, Indices, Crypto) to include every symbol in them, or tick individual symbols. Leaving everything unticked means all symbols.
  3. Direction: All BUY SELL — restrict the filter to long or short setups.
  4. Min AI Score: drag from 0% to 100% in 5% steps. Raise it to skip lower-confidence setups.
  5. Min R:R: drag from 1:1 to 1:5 in 0.5 steps. Higher values mean fewer, larger-target setups.
  6. Consent: tick “I agree to be charged 10 credits for 24h filter access.” The unlock button stays disabled until you do.
  7. Auto-renew (optional): tick it to keep the window alive automatically for another 24 hours.
  8. Tap Unlock filter — 10 credits / 24h. When a window is already active, the same button saves your changes without charging twice.

How auto-renew behaves

  • Every 24 hours, 10 credits are charged to keep the filter and alerts running.
  • If your balance is under 10 credits, auto-renew stops on its own and the window simply expires — there is no negative balance and no debt.
  • Renewal is evaluated while the app checks your access status, up to 2 hours before expiry. There is no background server timer, so open the app near the expiry time if you rely on continuous alerts.
  • Turn auto-renew off at any time by opening the filter, unticking the box and saving.

Two separate charges. The 10-credit window unlocks filtering and alert delivery for 24 hours. Each signal that is actually delivered still costs the usual 1 credit. A filter with no matching signals costs nothing beyond the window.

When alerts are — and are not — sent

  • Sent: while the filter window is active and the signal matches every rule (market, symbol, direction, AI score, R:R).
  • Not sent: with no active filter, after the 24 hours end, when auto-renew is off, or when your balance cannot cover the per-signal credit.
  • Not charged: no notification and no filter window means no credits are consumed.

Pausing or removing a filter

Open the filter and tap Delete Filter to remove the criteria and stop alerts. The 24-hour access window is separate from the criteria: deleting the filter does not refund a window that is already running. To keep the filter but silence alerts, turn off auto-renew and let the current window expire.

Filter changes apply to the feed immediately. If nothing matches yet, the feed explains that matching signals will appear the moment they are published.

06 · Signals

Reading a signal card

Every card uses the same set of fields. Once you know them, you can judge a setup in a few seconds.

Example values, shown for illustration only.

  1. Direction badge — BUY (green) or SELL (red). It tells you which side of the market the model opened.
  2. Asset tag — Forex, Gold, Indices or Crypto. The class decides which extra tools appear.
  3. Signal ID — a unique reference (for example #482913). Quote it when you contact support.
  4. Symbol & timeframe — the instrument plus the timeframe the model fired on. Published signals use M1.
  5. Open time — when the bot opened the position. It matches the time inside “View bot position”.
  6. Entry — the price at which the bot entered. Always compare it with your broker’s live quote before ordering.
  7. Stop loss (SL) — the invalidation level. The distance from entry is the risk you size the lot against.
  8. Take profit (TP) — the target level for the trade.
  9. R:R — reward-to-risk. At 1 : 3 the target is three times the distance to the stop.
  10. AI score & confidence — the model’s confidence for this setup, from 0% to 100%. The bar is the same number visualised.
  11. Copy chips — tap Entry, SL or TP to copy that price to your clipboard.
  12. Actions — View chart opens TradingView; Calculate lot pre-fills position size; Open MT5 appears for FX/metals and Binance for crypto.
  13. View bot position — expands the raw bot summary, including the exact open time the card is based on.

Signals are informational. Entry, SL and TP come from the model, but execution, spread, slippage and position size are your decisions. Confirm the setup on your own chart and broker before trading.

At zero credits, cards display a lock overlay instead of live levels. Top up or earn credits to unblur them.

07 · Research

Statistics and backtest data

The Statistics tab shows how the model performed on a validation set, symbol by symbol — useful context before you set a filter.

Open Stats in the bottom tab bar. The summary cards at the top aggregate every symbol currently in view: Symbols, Trades, Win Rate, Net (W−L) and Avg RR (all). A “last updated” timestamp confirms how fresh the dataset is.

Filter and sort the table

  • Markets: tick one or more markets (Forex, Gold, Indices, Crypto). Untick everything to include all markets.
  • Symbol: narrow to a single instrument, or keep All Symbols.
  • Sort by: Net Wins, Win Rate, Total Profit, Avg RR or Expectancy.
  • Click a row to open that symbol’s detail: risk/reward distribution, top 5 highest-RR trades and bottom 5 lowest-RR trades.

Column definitions

Per-symbol table
ColumnMeaning
Symbol / Class / TFThe instrument, its asset class and the timeframe used in the backtest.
TradesTotal closed trades in the validation set.
Wins / LossesHow many of those trades reached take-profit or stop-loss.
Win RateWins ÷ trades, shown as a percentage.
NetWins minus losses (a count, not money).
Avg RRAverage reward-to-risk across the trades in that row.
ExpectancyAverage result per trade in R terms. A positive value means the tested rule had an edge over the sample.
ThresholdThe AI-score cut-off used for that symbol’s backtest — a useful starting point for your Min AI Score filter.

Backtests are not predictions. These figures describe what happened on historical data. Market regimes change, spreads widen and slippage occurs. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

If a table is empty, the selected market or symbol has no validation data yet. Clear the filters to see everything available.

08 · Rewards

Referral credits and commission income

Inviting people earns two different things: instant credits and, when your invitees top up, a separate USD commission.

The Referral tab holds your invite code, shareable link, live activity counters and income history. Your code is bound on a friend’s first sign-up through your link and stays attached to your network permanently.

Instant

Credits

+50 credits once per friend who signs up through your link. You also earn +10 credits for the first verified share on Facebook and on X each day. Credits spend like any other credit in the app.

Monthly

USD commission

When a bound invitee buys a credit pack, their spend counts toward your network. Commission is calculated from the current bracket table and settled monthly — entirely separate from your credit balance.

Earn credits from a share

  1. Open Referral and tap Invite & share, or copy the link directly.
  2. Choose Facebook or X (Twitter). The share window opens with your link attached.
  3. Complete the share, return to the app and tap “I’ve shared it — Claim +10 credits”.
  4. Repeat on the other network for a second daily reward. Each network pays once per day.

How the commission network works

  • F1 — direct invitees: people who used your link. You earn the full share of the applicable bracket on their monthly spend.
  • F2 / F3 — second and third tier: people invited by your invitees. They earn you a smaller share of the same source bracket.
  • Marginal brackets: as an invitee’s monthly spend rises, a higher rate applies to the additional dollars — not retroactively to the whole amount.
  • Live table: the exact percentages for each bracket are rendered in the Referral tab. Use that table as the source of truth.

Payouts

  • Minimum payout: a month’s approved income must reach $50.00 before it is drafted for payment.
  • PayPal email: save your PayPal address in Payout method & schedule. It is used for manual payouts and future automated payouts.
  • Income states: Awaiting approval becomes Approved / payable after review; monthly totals and commission history are listed below the counters.
  • Not credits: commissions cannot be spent in the signal feed. They are paid as USD, separately from your credit balance.

PayPal details are stored as a browser preference. Fully automated PayPal payouts are not enabled yet — keep your email up to date and treat the saved value as a payment preference, not a completed payout setup.

Referral credits are paid once per eligible friend. Sharing the same link repeatedly does not create additional credit rewards.

10 · Help

Support and legal pages

Real people answer tickets inside the app. Billing, access, signal-threshold and install questions all go to the same place.

Open a support ticket

  1. On Home, scroll to “Still stuck? We answer fast.” and tap Contact Support.
  2. Enter a subject (up to 140 characters) and a message (up to 4,000 characters).
  3. Tap Send request. The confirmation appears next to the button, and the ticket joins Your tickets below.
  4. Return to the same card to read replies and continue the conversation. Every ticket keeps its history.
  • Faster answers: include your signal ID for signal questions, plus your browser/device and the exact step where things went wrong.
  • Screenshots help: attach or describe what you see, especially for install prompts and blurred cards.
  • Priority: members with an active credit pack receive priority handling.
  • FAQ: the Support tab also lists the most common questions, loaded from the live help content.

Legal and policies

On Home, the Legal & Policies section links to four documents. They also open directly from these links:

Risk warning. Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices and crypto involves substantial risk and can result in losses that exceed your deposits. TuLaTra provides AI-generated signals for information only — not investment advice, and not a guarantee of profit. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

11 · Fixes

Troubleshooting

The quickest checks for the situations users hit most often.

Symptom → what to check
SymptomWhat to check
Signal cards are blurred or the feed stopped updating Your balance is at zero. Earn or top up credits, then tap the refresh button. If a card stays blurred, wait for the 60-minute block to clear.
Filter is saved but no alerts arrive Open the Notification Hub and check the timer: the 24-hour window may have expired. Confirm auto-renew is on and the balance is at least 10 credits. Also check browser notification permission and, for Telegram, that mirroring is not paused.
“Unlock filter” stays disabled Tick the consent checkbox “I agree to be charged 10 credits for 24h filter access.” and make sure you have at least 10 credits.
No install prompt appears You may already be running the installed app, or you are in an in-app browser. Open TuLaTra in Chrome/Edge (Android/desktop) or Safari (iOS), then use the browser menu or the tools rail → Install app.
Install bonus did not arrive The +50 is paid once per account, only for the web/PWA install, and is credited when the installed app opens for the first time. APK installs are excluded. Refresh the balance or check Credit History before contacting support.
Telegram linked, but messages are missing Tap Resume mirroring if it is paused, make sure the bot is not blocked or muted, and confirm the filter window is still active. Telegram mirroring never charges extra credits.
Referral bonus is missing The friend must be a new user who signed up through your link, and the +50 pays once per bound friend. Share rewards require the “I’ve shared it — Claim +10 credits” confirmation.
Statistics table is empty The selected market or symbol has no validation data. Clear the market/symbol filters and check the “last updated” timestamp.
Chart or MT5 does not open Open MT5 is only offered for FX and metals; crypto cards open Binance instead. Allow pop-ups/protocol handlers for tulatra.app and make sure MetaTrader 5 is installed.
Entry/SL/TP differ from my broker Quotes come from different liquidity feeds and spreads. Always confirm the live price, spread and session on your own platform before entering.

Stale screen? Use the floating refresh button — it reloads the feed, credit balance and statistics together. If that does not help, pull the page down to refresh or reopen the installed app.

12 · Answers

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions that come up most often.

Is TuLaTra free to use?

Yes. Creating an account is free, and you can earn credits by installing the web app, playing games, inviting friends and sharing. Live signals and filter windows consume credits, so heavy use needs either earned credits or a top-up.

Why are the signals I see as a guest delayed?

Signed-out visitors get a preview feed delayed by 60 minutes, limited to setups with an AI score above 70% and R:R above 2. Signing in removes the delay and enables alerts.

Do I need to keep TuLaTra open to receive Telegram alerts?

No. Once Telegram is linked and mirroring is on, matching signals are pushed to your chat even when the app is closed. In-app push notifications do benefit from the installed PWA being allowed to notify you.

Why does a filter cost 10 credits when a signal costs 1?

They pay for different things. The 10 credits / 24h buys access to filtering and alert delivery for a full day. The 1 credit is charged for each signal that is actually delivered to you.

Does installing the Android APK give the +50 credit bonus?

No. The install bonus applies to the web app / PWA install only. The Android APK disables that reward path.

What does the AI score actually mean?

It is the model’s confidence in that setup, shown from 0% to 100%. You can use it as a filter threshold: a higher minimum means fewer, higher-confidence signals.

How should I read R:R 1:3?

Reward-to-risk compares the distance from entry to take-profit with the distance from entry to stop-loss. At 1:3, the target is three times farther than the stop — a winning trade earns three times what a losing trade risks, before costs.

Can I turn auto-renew off after activating it?

Yes. Open the filter from the Notification Hub, untick Auto-renew and save. Auto-renew also switches itself off automatically if your balance drops below 10 credits.

Can I use the same account on my phone and my computer?

Yes — sign in with the same email, Google or Telegram account and your credits, filters and referral link follow you. TuLaTra is the same web app on every device.

Are TuLaTra signals financial advice?

No. Signals are generated by an AI model and published for information only. They are not personalised advice, and they do not guarantee a profit. You are responsible for your own risk, execution and position sizing.

Still unsure? Start with one market and a Min AI Score close to the symbol’s backtest threshold. Watch a few signals on demo before risking real capital.

Ready to put it into practice?

Sign in, install the web app and unlock a filter — the three steps that turn TuLaTra into a live alert system in your pocket.
