Purchases of credits are processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal for web/PWA top-ups and the applicable app store billing on mobile platforms. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices, packages, or credit values at any time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. Referral & Commission Program

TuLaTra may offer a referral program through which eligible users can earn commissions based on qualifying purchases made by users they refer. Participation in the referral program is subject to these Terms and any additional program rules we publish. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or to withhold or reverse commissions, at any time, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, self-referral, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: (a) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (b) interfering with the proper functioning of the Service; (c) using automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate credits, signals, or referral rewards; (d) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (e) reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service; or (f) using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

1. Digital Goods & Credits

Credits are digital, virtual units that provide access to features of the Service. Because credits are delivered instantly and are consumed immediately upon use, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once the credits have been used or accessed, except as described below.

2. Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits that have not been used or accessed, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible, you must not have consumed any of the purchased credits. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
